Can I exchange a personalized item?

I’m sorry, no. Personalized products (invitations, baby blankets, denim jackets, etc.) are made-to-order, for you. Therefore the return or exchange of a personalized item is not possible.

However, if there is a problem with your product, please contact me immediately. I will be happy to work with you to resolve your concern. If a product is incorrect due to an error on my part, I will happily correct the item for you. If there is an error due to inaccurate information* provided to me (*I type your personalization as you provide it to me). I will work with you to produce a new item, and I will assist you with the remake of the item. Charges will apply for new merchandise and/or shipping.

My item/package arrived damaged. What do I do?!

IMPORTANT: Do not throw away the damaged package!
Take photos of the outside package (as you received it) and several photos of the damaged item/contents. I will process a claim with the shipper and replace your merchandise as quickly as possible.


How do I get my instant Download Digital item(s)?
With these non-personalized products you receive a link INSTANTLY. Download the link to your computer and print. You may print as many copies of these files as you wish. Please keep in mind, these are for personal use and should not be shared with others or redistributed.

 

Personalized Digital Files:
With the "Personalized Digital File" option, I customize the item for you. I will email your high-resolution file to you. You are able to upload to any photo lab, or professional printing service. 

With Digital Files no physical merchandise will be shipped to you. Your files will be sent to you via email. Please ensure the the email address on your account is accurate.


Printed Merchandise:
For finished "Printed Cards" and "Framed/Finished Art" option, printing begins immediately upon approval of your free preview proof. Once approved, printing takes 1-2 business* days. Allow additional time for shipping and delivery.

*Business Days refers to Monday through Friday.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Presently my printed products are only available for shipping within the Continental U.S.A. and Canada.  However, I can send a DIGITAL file of any of my products anywhere in the world!

 

A Note about P.O. Boxes...

For customers with a PO Box:  please provide a physical shipping address. Most of my products ship UPS Ground...and they will NOT deliver to a PO Box.

My items ship (within the contiguous U.S. States) via UPS Ground shipping service. I offer three levels of shipping, with various transit times:

  • Standard UPS Ground (3-7 business days)

  • UPS Ground 2nd Day (2 business days)

  • UPS Ground Next Day (1 business day)

*Note: Saturday and Sunday delivery is NOT available

Items shipping into Canada are sent ground delivery, usuallyUSPS Priority Mail. I will use the best shipping method available to ensure the quickest possible delivery. Shipping times vary greatly and guaranteed delivery dates are not available with "ground" methods.

 

How long does it take for finished printed items?

Printed invitations and Photo Art items are printed and ship the (business day) following the approval of your preview proof. Framed Art, Gallery Wrap Canvas, Metal Art Prints require 2-3 business days to complete. All items are printed on weekdays/business days (Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm) Shipping times vary on your location and shipping method selected.

 

Sizing details

See the description for each design. Dimensions are in inches. My designs CAN be customized to a special size upon request.Please note that my dimensions are in inches. If you require your design to be converted to centimeters I am happy to do so upon request.

How long will it take to see my proof?

For personalized products you will receive a preview proof (via email) within 24 hours (sometimes sooner). For finished, printed items you must approve the preview proof before I can continue with your item. Please be sure your email address on file is current.

Once I have your approval, I will begin working on your finished product immediately. You will receive a tracking number/shipping confirmation as soon as your package has shipped.


Digital Files

Once your proof is approved, the final high-resolution file is sent to you via email immediately.

 

Finished Printed Products


Ship to you within 3 business days. Allow up to an additional 3 business days for transit within Continental U.S.A. Expedited shipping methods are available upon request for an additional charge.

 

Can you change the size of the card/artwork?

Yes. Upon request, the designs in my shop CAN be changed to custom sizes for a fee. Please be aware that not all sizes can be printed by all printing companies. When requesting a custom item/size please inform me where you intend to print your item.

 

Do you create other types of custom invitations & announcements?

Yes! I can create a custom design for any occasion you can imagine. The sky is the limit. Please contact me with your request.

 

Can I print these on my home printer?

Todays home printers can produce great results. I do suggest that you do a test first to ensure you will be happy with the results. Choose compatible HIGH QUALITY paper and printer setting for optimal results. Do keep in mind that the colors you see on your display may differ from the printed results. 

...if printing on your home printer doesn't work out for you don't despair! There are MANY options for professional printing - at reasonable rates. Consider Mpix, Snapfish, Staples, VistaPrint, Costco to name a few. The equipment and papers they use are calibrated for consistent color.

Can I publish the finished custom design on Facebook or Instagram? ...can I send the design via text message or email?

Yes. You are allowed to "share" your completed design for personal use; such as with your friends and family. You may print as many copies as you need of the finished file.

However, please be aware the original design and layout is proprietary and you may not redistribute or sell it as your own work.

 

What type of photos work best and where do I send them?

Full-resolution professional photographs work best. (Be sure you have a "letter of release" from your photographer giving you permission to reprint photos for personal use.)

• Choose images intended for printing at 5x7 inches or larger, 300 pixels per inch.

High-resolution images are large in size - over 1 MB or more. Images under 200 KB are NOT INTENDED for full-size printing. Images will be checked to ensure quality reproduction. **If supplied images are low-resolution, it will delay the process.

Any of my custom styles can be emailed anywhere in the world for printing. My designs are currently in inches...if you require an alternate dimension or unit of measurement, please send me an Etsy Convo with your exact requirements. I am happy to customize for you.

 

I need my digital file today - can you help?

Most designs are completed for you within 24 hours - - or LESS. If you are working on a very short deadline, please send me an Etsy Convo prior to purchasing with the details. I am happy to work with you to meet your deadline.
